Terraria Pets Not Spawning

A pet in a pet slot is automatically summoned whenever the player respawns.

Terraria pets not spawning. Ever since then i ve been unable to get my pet to auto spawn if it s in my inventory i can just use b but if it s in the pet slot then it doesn t spawn in. My friend s are re summoned automatically when they die and respawn. Showing 1 4 of 4. 1 make sure your ocean.

These issues only started occuring after i right clicked the buff when i wanted to clear my screen again after a bit. As the title states i m having issues with my pet not respawning when i spawn in after dying. This question already has answers here. Is there an option somewhere i ve missed.
