I graduated from the royal veterinary college in 2011 and immediately went with a friend to volunteer at a charity clinic in malaysia where we spent 4 weeks neutering numerous cats as part of the island s trap neuter release scheme which aimed to control the stray animal population and treating the local residents pets with what basic medications and resources we had.
